Leadership Coaching helps meet the personal development needs of leaders. Leadership coaching offers a one-on-one solution to help leaders address a specific need. It creates an environment to nurture those areas needed for the individual to develop into their full potential.  Based on the individual’s knowledge and experience, you might be seeking to be more influential at board meetings or simply seeking the best way to lead a staff in a new direction.  Regardless of your need, one thing for sure, coaching will help you reach your goal. 

Whatever your needs are, each coaching session is designed to be invigorating, non-judgmental, confidential, and constructively challenging.   Through individual consulting, Dr. Bunch will provide individual coaching sessions to help new leaders (CEO's, Pastors, Team Leaders, Front Line Supervisors, etc.) reach success by building core strengths, taking certain actions, and making certain decisions.  This is done through a three to nine month (doctor-patient or purchase of expertise) coaching session involving assessments, coaching, leadership development. At the end of the coaching period, leaders will:

  • Know your own Leadership Style
  • Understand How to Lead 
  • Build your Leadership Knowledge
  • Determine When to Lead
  • Achieve your Leadership Goal



Cost
The cost of the Coaching is $200 a month for 3-6 months.
